Supplying YorPower Generators to Bangladesh

Dealer stock replenishment

ACI Motors, YorPower’s Bangladesh export dealer, needed additional generator stock for growing industrial and commercial demand, including construction and manufacturing customers.

Order quantities

• Ten generators rated at 500kVA.
• Two generators rated at 450kVA.
• Two generators rated at 300kVA.
• Two generators rated at 250kVA.
• Perkins engines, Leroy-Somer alternators and DSE7320 controllers specified throughout.

Manufacture and shipping

YorPower manufactured the requested sets and coordinated packing and export with ACI Motors. The shipment travelled from Britain to Chattogram, with 40-foot-container transport described in the project record. The published record does not provide a reconciled container count for the full 16-unit order.

Result

The delivered capacity range replenished dealer stock for different customer loads, from smaller businesses to larger industrial installations. Coordination between manufacturer and dealer supported availability in Bangladesh and the continuation of their established supply relationship.
