Shopping-centre requirement

An Eastern European energy-solutions reseller needed a high-capacity generator for a large shopping mall. The end customer wanted to maintain lighting, heating, cooling and customer services through grid outages.

Manufacture and delivery

YorPower manufactured the set to the reseller’s specification, taking account of quality, reliability and the mall’s power demand. The equipment was intended for continuous-duty and emergency-power applications. The reseller delivered it to the end user for installation as the mall’s standby source.

Operational result

The installed generation supports the building when normal electrical supply fails, reducing disruption for retailers and visitors. The project also expanded the reseller’s offering with a bespoke, high-capacity commercial power package.
